- Obtain the Sky’s Breath Bridge Key: Find this key between the Bone Bridges in the Shadow Realm. It opens the way to a secret tomb.
- Go to the Secret Crypt: Enter the Secret Crypt after defeating the Stricken Sister Dailith. Inside, you’ll find useful equipment in a chest behind the altar. Go up the stairs to meet the tortured prisoner being held captive.
- Find the Searing Charge: To free the prisoner, enter the Shadow Realm. Look around the hall and eliminate the three hidden corpses to get the Searing Charge.
- Destroy Three Hidden Corpses: Find three hidden corpses in the Shadow Realm, each guarded by a shadowy entity. Destroy them to cause shadowy entities near Searing Charges to disappear.
- Deliver the Searing Charge to the Prisoner: Return to the tortured prisoner and give her the Searing Charge item. This act set her free.
- Claim your reward: After the prisoner is released, return to her cell. You’ll find the Tortured Prisoner’s Head Cage Helmet. You can also meet the now-freed prisoners near the boss arena in Pieta. She’ll give you the Fire Spell and the Infernal Catalyst as rewards.
