How to heal a broken bone?
In Starry Sky, when you experience the pain of a broken bone state, you have two main ways to cure it: use specific medications or see a doctor. This pain is represented by a blue icon and can manifest as a variety of injuries, including dislocated limbs, broken limbs, skull fractures, sprains, or muscle tears. Unlike some other status aches that quickly drain your health or affect your ability to breathe oxygen, Broken Bone Affliction makes you more vulnerable to attacks and increases the damage you take. To avoid this type of injury, be careful when traversing high places such as cliffs, and use a jetpack to quickly mitigate the risk of a fall.
Treat broken bones with medication:
To treat the pain of a broken bone state, you need specific medications in Starfield, which are distinguished by blue triangle icons. Some health kits can provide necessary treatments such as fixatives and elixirs. Panacea is a versatile option that can heal a variety of ailments, while Immobilizer specifically targets broken bones.
You can obtain these health packs by raiding enemy camps, buying them from merchants, or buying them from doctors. Keep in mind that the price of these medication packs may vary from merchant to merchant.
Heal a broken bone by seeing your doctor:
This method is more direct and less time-consuming than searching for drugs, but it is more expensive and less convenient. Just go to a medical center located in a major city in the game world.
For example, in New Atlantis you can visit The Lodge and find the Reliant Medical Clinic run by Dr. Alexi Lebedev. Another option is Talia O’Shea from The Well in Starfield, who runs Med Bay. Contact any of the doctors at these medical centers and they will be able to dress your wounds in exchange for the appropriate amount of points.
