For example, if there are five fire pots, one in each corner and one in the middle, you should find similarly positioned fire pots nearby. If the northwest and center braziers are lit but the other braziers are not, you will need to mimic this pattern in front of the door brazier.

Keep in mind that some ruins have braziers at different heights, such as the temple north of the trailer in the middle of the map. The centermost fire pit is on the ground floor, with the other four fire pits on elevated platforms.

If you dare to unlock one of the island’s most coveted hidden rooms, head to the designated location marked on the map shown above. Before starting this quest, make sure you have acquired two items of epic rarity or higher and have thoroughly looted all the treasure chests in the surrounding area. When fully prepared, ascend the stairs to discover a hidden entrance that requires a precious sacrifice. Interact with the portal by providing items of epic or higher rarity, and the secret door gradually reveals its secrets.

Once inside, continue forward until you reach an unstable plank spanning the abyss. Carefully descend and reach the statue guarding the Epic Chest. To claim the treasure inside the statue chest, you must descend and steal the loot. Note the order in which the flames on the pedestals around the room are lit.

Then, break through a few boulders and climb up the plank to get out of the ruins. Return to the top of the steps and you’ll encounter a second door in a plank area. To open the door to the fire puzzle room, you must make another sacrifice. Interact with the door and offer another epic or higher rarity item in exchange.

As you walk into the room, you’ll immediately notice the base decorated with flames, similar to what you’ve seen before. Approach the hidden entrance and interact with it to trigger the “Find the Flame” prompt. This hint is consistent with the flame sequence observed at lower levels. Carefully extinguish and rekindle specific flames outside the hidden door, faithfully recreating the pattern previously witnessed. Once you’ve successfully replicated the correct sequence, a hidden room will be unveiled, revealing a plethora of normal and epic chests filled with precious treasures waiting to be claimed.

To unlock the hidden ruins vault in south-central Fortnite and get the Fire Pass, head to the specific location highlighted in the image provided. Go down the stone steps until you come to the first door on the left, as shown in the picture. The door glows purple, indicating that an epic rare item is required to gain entry. Any epic item will suffice. Once you provide the epic item, the door will open, giving you access to the vault containing various chests. In the room that provides the epic items, you’ll find four braziers. In order to unlock the vault, you must find the flames and obtain the Flame Pass to solve the flame puzzle and open the door.

On the next floor you’ll find four small rooms in each corner. Each room has a brazier, some of which may or may not light purple flames. Observe and remember the status of the fire pits, paying particular attention to which ones are not lit. A fifth fire pit located on the middle level, below the other four, should also be considered.

Once you memorize the lit and unlit states of the brazier, go down the stairs again and enter the room with the door that prompts you to look for the flame. Extinguish the unlit brazier upstairs to match your previous observation. If something goes wrong, just relight the corresponding brazier. Upon successful completion, you will solve the “Find the Flame” puzzle and receive the Flame Pass. Go through the door and select “Try to Open” on either statue.

To gain access to the other hidden ruins vaults located northwest of the Creeky Complex, follow the steps below to solve the Fire Puzzle and earn the Fire Pass. First go to the designated location of the hidden ruins on the south side, where a set of stairs awaits you. Once you reach the first door that prompts you for an item, turn around and go down the stairs. At the end of the stairs turn right and break the wall. Continue following the path and when you come across a hole in the wall you will enter a room with a partial fire puzzle.

Similar to the previous vault, observe and remember which braziers are and are not lit with purple flames. Return to the room with the statue and find some tall rocks to climb up. Turn around and shoot the wall behind you to open it. Jump up and go through the wall opening into the Fire Puzzle Room.
