Zach Bryan and Brianna Chickenfry – real name Brianna LaPaglia – have officially announced their separation.
In a post on his Instagram Stories on October 22, Bryan confirmed that they are no longer a couple.
“Brianna and I have broken up and I respect and love her with all my heart,” he began.
Bryan continued: “She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that, I will always thank her. Personally, I have had an extremely difficult year and struggled with some It’s quite serious.”
According to the “28” singer, his difficult year contributed to their breakup, and he said it would “be beneficial for both of us” to go on different paths during this time.
“I’m not perfect and I never will be. Please respect Brianna’s privacy and space in this and if you have it in your heart, so will mine,” he added.
Before concluding his statement, Bryan shared an apology to anyone he may have let down before pointing out that he “let down the people who love me” as well like himself.

Bryan’s split comes after rumors surfaced that he and LaPaglia had broken up after fans apparently spotted him on the dating app Raya. Bryan did not comment on that aspect of his statement.
The couple have had a turbulent year, with LaPaglia previously opening up about the hardships they endured after Bryan criticized Taylor Swift on X and was pursued by Swifties for saying Kanye West was better than her.

“It’s been a really bad week for me. I deleted all of my social media. I don’t want to speak for Zach, but he spoke up for himself on Instagram. He’s just been through a lot.” personal issues—and I feel like I’m bearing the brunt of all of that,” she said.
LaPaglia shared that the couple has been apart for a while but has not confirmed whether they broke up or not.

She assured everyone they were “fine” at the end of the interview.
The incident between Swift and Bryan caused such an uproar that Commentator Megyn Kelly gave her two cents on the situation and criticized Bryan for apologizing to Swift, attacking his masculinity.
