Rapper NLE Choppa is candidly addressing rumors when it comes to his sexuality.

During an appearance on former City Girls member Caresha’s “Caresha Please” podcast, the rapper spoke candidly about the rumors surrounding her sexual preferences.

“I’m not [bisexual]But please give a lot of respect to such people. I love women when it comes to intimacy. But I love everyone. I love bisexual men, gay men, I don’t mind them. They didn’t do anything to upset my space.”

When Caresha went on to ask him how he felt about having a large gay following, Choppa replied, “I appreciate it. Ultimately, we are taught not to show love to everyone because it will lead to a different life.” . God will not do that, God is love.”

The honest answer has sparked debate, with some questioning whether Choppa is misleading gay people by regularly performing at pride shows and speaking openly about the community gay people. However, the general sentiment was supportive, as many found it refreshing that an outspoken rapper could be so comfortable in his alliance.

The 22-year-old Memphis native has publicly defended his stance on the gay community multiple times, even responding to a fan who called him “excited” for wanting to perform at a Pride event :

Bravely challenging the norms of modern-day rap music, the father-of-one also launched a YouTube channel titled “Awakened Choppa”, where he documents his more holistic and healthier lifestyle, including Vegetarianism and gardening.
