Noah Galuten was born on September 21, 1982 in Santa Monica, California.
His mother, Nancy Lyons, is a landscape designer, and his father, Alby Galuten, is a music producer.
He is his parents’ first child and the eldest brother to their second child, Jason Galuten, who is also a blogger.

Noah Galuten studied mostly in California. He attended Santa Monica High School in California and went on to the University of California after graduating from high school.

After a happy time at school, Noah Galuten moved to New York, where he tried to make a career as a playwright. Even though it didn’t work out for him, he was relentless and returned to California to venture into another line of work.
Noah Galuten discovered his endless passion for food and maximized that passion to his advantage. After that, he started writing a food blog called Man Bites World. However, he often attributes his love of food to his mother, who also loved to cook and always showed him what she was doing.
Noah Galuten also did something unique by traveling around the US trying different dishes and making notes about them on his blog, and before long, he had thousands of visits in one month.
His reviews have earned him a position in prominent food companies such as Golden State Restaurant Group and a cameo in the popular television series Chopped and Food, Fact or Fiction. He currently holds management roles at Bludso’s Bar and Que, Cofax and Prime Pizza locations.
Noah Galuten was also able to apply his food blogging skills to book publishing when he co-authored the book On Vegetables: Modern Recipes for the Family Kitchen with Jeremy Fox.

Noah Galuten married famous American actress and comedian, Iliza Shlesinger, after reportedly meeting on a dating app called Smoky Husky in July 2016. The couple got married in a session. traditional Jewish ceremony at South Park City Center, Los Angeles, on May 12, 2018. They currently have no children.
Due to Iliza Vie Shlesinger’s popularity, she contributed to Noah Galuten’s success in the food industry while also growing independently.
