Increased crime in Cyberpunk 2077
In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Freedom, you can find a new challenge called “Increased Criminal Activity” in the Dogtown area. These challenges are like special missions where you need to defeat powerful enemies, including bosses, to obtain valuable rewards such as equipment, money, and crafting materials. Here’s how to find and complete all three challenges:
Location 1:
- First take a quick trip to Kress Street and head south.
- You’ll find some Barghest gang members in the industrial area. You can either fight them or use Sandwistan to quickly dash past them.
- Go right into the underground area. Take the next left and go down the tunnel.
- In this area, you’ll face more enemies, and the boss, Ross Ulmer, will also be here. He is a heavily armed enemy, so be prepared for a tough fight.
- When you do enough damage to him, he will try to escape. Follow him through the open door, but be careful of the turrets and trip mines.
- You’ll eventually face Ulmer again, this time wearing an exoskeleton. Defeat him and claim the access card and other loot.
- Then, open the shutter on the right to access the loot cache.
Location 2:
- Head to the east side of Dog Town to find a building with two gang members outside.
- You can choose to defeat them or sneak past them and enter the building.
- Keep going straight until you encounter the boss, Ayo Zarin, in a hall full of enemies. She’s fast and agile, so be careful.
- Before engaging her, take out the enemies on the rafters to minimize damage.
- Ayo Zarin will temporarily blind you and dash you around. She won’t leave the hall.
- Defeat her to get her access card, then follow the markers to find the loot cache.
Location 3:
- To the southeast of Dog Town, you’ll see a giant space shuttle model.
- Look for two gang members near the entrance and take them out.
- Fight off enemies attacking from all directions until the boss appears, a modified Arasaka MRS-071 drone.
- This boss can stun you, but won’t run away. Focus on shooting its red eyes until it’s defeated.
- You don’t need this boss’s pass. Instead, follow the objective marker and take the escalator to the right to reach the loot cache.
Completing these added criminal activity challenges will reward you with some great items and exciting experiences in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Freedom.
