Who is Michael Pekar?

Michael Anthony Peca is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who had a successful career in the National Hockey League (NHL) with several teams, including the Vancouver Canucks , Buffalo Sabers, New York Islanders, Edmonton Oilers, Toronto Maple Leafs and Columbus Blue Jackets.

After his playing career ended, Pekar turned to coaching and is currently an assistant coach with the New York Rangers, having previously served as a player development coach with the Washington Capitals.
