Pokemon Journey
Pokémon Journeys is the twenty-third season of the Pokémon animated series. This is the first season of Pokémon Journeys: The Series. In Japan, it’s called Pokemon. The series follows the adventures of Ash Ketchum and Wu as they travel through all eight regions of the Pokémon world, including the New Galar region in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
The protagonists are helped by Pokémon researcher Professor Cerise and Goh’s childhood friend Chloe. The season premieres on May 9, 2020 on Teletoon Canada. In the United States, Netflix has acquired distribution rights for future series, starting on April 23, 2020, with Pokémon Quest.
Released in sets of twelve episodes every few months. The show will change its broadcast time from Sunday to Friday starting from October 9, 2020. In the UK, the show will be available on Pop from September 1, 2020, and subsequently on Pop Max from August 30, 2021.

In Japan, the opening theme is “One, Two, Three” sung by Soraru and Mafumafu for a total of 31 episodes, and by Nishikawa-kun and Kirishō for a total of 17 episodes. Ending songs include “Pokémon Shiritori” and “Strange and Wonderful Creatures” to promote Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle. The English opening song is “The Journey Starts Today” by Walk off the Earth.
