As mentioned earlier, Hanako Greensmith is best known for her role as Violet Mikami on the NBC firefighter drama series Firehouse 51 in Chicago. Her character Violet is a paramedic with the Chicago Fire Department.
Hanako began playing Violet in season 8 of the show. During seasons 8 and 9, Violet was only a supporting character. But she was promoted to one of the main characters in season 10 of the show.
In an interview with Fangirlish, Hanako opened up about her experience playing Violet. She said that she felt comfortable “hiding behind Violet’s confidence.” She also added that in the future, she would like her character to “open up more.”
