Early life
Israel DMW was born on October 4, 1991 to Mr. and Mrs. Afeare in the late 80s. He was born and raised in Benin City with his siblings.
He is a native of Edo state, from the Esan land. He comes from a Christian family.
Israel DMW has been interested in the entertainment industry since his college days. As a student, he handled logistics for musical artists whenever they came to perform at his school’s shows.

Israel DMW completed his primary and secondary education in top public schools in Benin City. He obtained a degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
Career
After graduating from college, Israel DMW started working in the show business as a promoter. He worked with several emerging artists in Benin City for a while before deciding to move to Lagos.
A few years after moving to Lagos, luck smiled on Israel DMW when he met one of Nigeria’s biggest artists, Davido. Davido liked Israel and hired him as his Logistics Manager.
As Davido’s personal logistics manager, he is tasked with;
- Organize and schedule Davido’s appointments.
- Organize shows and events where Davido will perform.
- Make sure Davido gets the best accommodation and transportation whenever he goes to any city to perform at an event.
Israel DMW works closely with other members of the DMW family such as Asa Asika, Lati DMW, Special Spesh, Peruzzi, Mayorkun, Yonda, Idowest, Mr May D, Fresh VDM, Dammy Twitch, Obama DMW, Ayanfe, Aloma DMW, and many more.
As one of Davido’s key men, he is part of the group that controls access to the music star. He has toured across 36 states in the Federation and several international cities such as Dubai, London and Atlanta.
On 29 January 2021, he caused controversy on the internet when he posted on his Instagram page the reason why Zlatan Ibile blocked DJ Cuppy (Florence Otedola) on WhatsApp and Instagram. In 2019, DJ Cuppy featured Zlatan in her single Gelato.
According to Israel DMW, DJ Cuppy invited Zlatan to perform at her event (the launch of her charity foundation) in Abuja but she did not provide logistics or give him any money after the event.
Israel DMW’s statement caused many music lovers to start trolling DJ Cuppy on Twitter and Instagram. And some of them called her a stingy artist despite coming from a wealthy family. Her father is billionaire, Femi Otedola.
On February 1, 2021, DJ Cuppy announced on social media that she planned to sue Israel DMW for defamation and told him to prepare to see her in court.
Personal life
Israel DMW is 32 years old. He is a handsome young man, famous for his sense of humor. Many people call him the comedian of the DMW family.
He is a grassroots politician supporting the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). His favorite football club is the Spanish club, Real Madrid FC.
He lost his mother in November 2020. He lives in a beautiful apartment in Lekki, Lagos. Israel DMW is married to a beautiful young model named Sheila Courage.
