Jazmin Blais is the wife of celebrity chef Richard Blais. The happy couple exchanged wedding vows on April 8, 2006. According to Richard’s IG post on their wedding anniversary in 2022, he proposed to his wife in 2005 after running a 10K at The Peachtree Road Race.

Jazmin and Richard met while she was completing her graduate studies. She applied for a job as a bartender at a restaurant where Richard was working as a chef at the time.

Jazmin said to Marry a chef blog, “As part of it, I understand the hours and commitment it takes to be successful. I don’t look too far into the future, I don’t think about kids, marriage, etc. I think if I had, I might have been a little scared of the depth and scope of the obligations that the hospitality industry requires!
