Jeanette Aw Ee-Ping (born 28 June 1979), better known by her stage name Ou Xuan, is a talented Singaporean actress, film producer, businesswoman and writer.

Early life and education

Jeanette Aw Ee-Ping was born on 28 June 1979 in Singapore. She is a native of Quanzhou, Fujian Province, and is of Chinese descent. She has two older brothers and sisters. Jeanette Aw grew up in an English-speaking family and rarely uses the local dialect in her conversations.

She was lucky because her parents supported her. She was introverted and carefree since childhood, and was “the kind of girl who liked reading, writing and painting.”
