Jeffrey Lewis was born in 1970 in Orange County, California. He graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1988. He attended the University of Southern California and Chapman University, where he studied pre-law and political science.

Jeffrey Lewis began his career as a real estate agent after graduating from college in 1993. Before becoming a famous interior designer and home remodeler in the United States, he studied pre-law and political science at USC and Chapman University.
In 2009, he founded his design company. The following year, House Beautiful approached him to design the “Kitchen of the Year” displayed at Rockefeller Center. Since 2013, he has also developed his home product brands, including carpets, paints, doors and tiles.
