Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, a white American serial killer, was born on May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was the first of two sons of Lionel Herbert Dahmer, a research chemist, and Joyce Annette Dahmer (née Flint), a typewriter instructor.
