Jelly Roll reveals shocking ‘March 2026’ weight loss goal after losing more than 120 pounds

Jelly Roll is succeeding in his weight loss journey and he’s looking forward to his next goal.

More than a month after the singer debuted his dramatic 110-pound weight loss at the 2024 CMA Awards while performing with Brooks and Dunn, Jelly Roll signaled that he wanted to show off his body transformation on cover of a magazine. And he even set himself a deadline to reach that milestone.

“I want to be on the cover of Men’s health in March 2026,” he said of his wife Bunnie XO Dumb blonde podcasts.

She cheers her man on with an excited “Let’s Go!”

“That’s my new goal. I want one of the biggest transformations ever,” Jelly Roll added.

“I did this publicly for a reason. I wanted to be honest about my struggle with everyone,” he shared, adding that he wanted to document his weight loss journey publicly because he wanted to “take everyone along” with him.

“What I want the world to know and I want everyone to see, Bunny, is that I wasn’t successful because of my weight, but I was successful in spite of it. Somehow, I succeeded in carrying 550 pounds. That’s crazy,” he said.

Before his performance on the CMA stage, Jelly Roll sat down with Everybody to talk about his battle with food addiction.

“My battle with food addiction has changed the way I’ve looked at food over the past 39 years. I’ve never had a healthy relationship with food so that’s the hard part. But once you do having that discipline and commitment, it was like an avalanche once that little snowball started rolling, it was on its way there,” he said.

“No one in my family has ever had one [a healthy relationship with food]So that’s the hard part, really fighting that demon at first and staying with that discipline and commitment,” Jelly Roll shared.

In May of this year, he participated in the 5K organized by Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura. At that time, he shared that he had lost 70 lbs.

At his heaviest, Jelly Roll shared in an Instagram post that he weighed 500 lbs.

“I’ve been obese since I was a kid. All I knew was fat, and I was miserable. I wanted to skydive, bungee jump, bull ride, parasail, ride roller coasters, I wanted to LIVE a life I live a normal life and have a normal relationship with food. I fight addiction and alcoholism every day,” he said.

His journey began in 2023 when the singer started exercising regularly and eating better. He added this habit to his touring life.

“It’s great because at one time in my life, the culture that I built around touring was the exact opposite. It revolved around alcohol and drugs. And now, our travel culture revolves around eating well, exercising and checking in emotionally with our crew.” every day,” Jelly explained Everybody.
