Jeremy Allen White’s vocals on ‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’ get Bruce Springsteen’s approval

Bruce Springsteen is praising Jeremy Allen White and his portrayal of the legendary singer in the upcoming biopic, Take me from nowhere.

The rock legend sat down with SiriusXM E Street Radio’s Jim Rotolo and shared that White’s singing voice in the film is beautiful.

“He sings well. He sings very well,” Springsteen said.

“You know, and Jeremy Strong [as Springsteen’s longtime manager Jon Landau] and Odessa Young [as then-girlfriend Faye]you know, it’s a huge amount of people. They staged the film very beautifully so it was very interesting,” he added.

In October, Springsteen also praised White’s singing voice in the film when he appeared on it Graham Norton Program.

“It’s not easy to do because you can’t imitate, you have to interpret it personally,” Springsteen begins.

He shared: “It was difficult but he is a good actor and sings quite well.

Elsewhere in an interview with Sirius XM, Springsteen revealed what it was like to watch White portray a thirtieth version of himself. Take me from nowhere sets the story of the making of Springsteen’s iconic 1982 album, Nebraska.

“He had a way of interpreting me that I think the fans will deeply recognize and he did it very well, so I had a lot of fun. I had a lot of fun on set when I can go there.” ” he said.

The singer is also working on a documentary titled Street Diary: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. It was set to capture behind-the-scenes moments during his band’s world tour.

Springsteen has no plans to retire anytime soon.
