Furthermore, he played an important role in popularizing the catchphrase “how old are you”, which originated from one of his comedy skits, “Jigan Baba Oja.” Aside from his comedic talents, Jigan BabaOja is also a talented actor in the Nollywood industry, acclaimed for his performances in Yoruba movies.

Early life and education
Born in Bariga, Lagos State on June 16, 1982, Jigan BabaOja emerged as a talented and humorous comedian. Raised in the loving care of his parents, his father, Chief Mudashiru Kazeem, played a vital role in his upbringing, while details about his mother are yet to be revealed. For his studies, Jigan BabaOja attended Odunlade Primary School in Malu, Somalia, before moving to Morocco High School in Yaba, where he completed his basic and advanced education. He then pursued further education, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
Career
In 2001, Jigan BabaOja entered the music scene, showcasing his passion and talent through a series of great songs and impressive music videos.
During this time he co-founded the group “BBK”, where they showcased their musical talents to the world. Sadly, their promising collaboration ended due to financial disputes, leading to their disbandment. However, Jigan’s resilience and unwavering love for music kept him going.
In 2008, Jigan BabaOja began his solo career and collaborated with renowned Fuji artist Pasuma to release a single. In addition to pursuing music, Jigan has explored acting, drawing inspiration from his life experiences to create the film Disable.
His acting journey gained momentum with his roles in Mr. Kola, directed by Kunle Afod and Funsho Adeolu. However, his comedy skits, notably “Sho Mo Tuoi Mi”, cemented Jigan’s status as a versatile and talented actor.
