Notably, several of Trump’s other picks also have allegations against them. NBC revealed that Trump’s pick for secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, has been accused of sexual assault and his pick for secretary of health and human services, Robert F. Gaetz does not face criminal charges in his case.
