Apparently, John Clarence Stewart was not the only child of his parents. One of them, his father, is no longer with us. The late Elder John C. Stewart Jr. passed away on November 11, 2006. He was the President of the Gwinnett County NAACP when he died at the age of 49 after suffering an asthma attack at his home in Stone Mountain. So the Gwinnett branch of the NAACP later decided to establish a scholarship in memory of the man who helped reopen the branch.
The late John was married to JeJuan Stewart for more than 24 years. She then shared how her late husband reactivated the Gwinnett NAACP branch after he retired as regional director after more than 20 years working for Hyatt Hotels.
So, in addition to his wife, John Senior had four children, including his son who shared the same name. At the time of John’s death, a trust fund was set up for all of his children through Wachovia Bank.

John Clarence Stewart’s brother Joshua James Stewart is younger than him as he turns 31 in February 2023. Meanwhile, John turns 34 on August 16, 2022.
On Facebook, Joshua mentions attending Georgia State University (2013 – 2017) and Shiloh High School. All of Stewart’s other siblings also attended high school with him. On his social media, John also confirmed that he is still single.
