Julian Paul Hawkins is an Australian editor, publisher and activist. He was born on July 3, 1971 in Townsville, Queensland, Australia. Hawkins was raised by his parents, Christine Ann Hawkins, a visual artist, and John Shipton, a builder and anti-war activist.
