Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, at a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs in a new lawsuit that is attracting attention big in the media.

According to a People report, Pisciotta claimed that West provided her with a drink laced with an unknown drug before sexually assaulting and beating her.

The charges are in addition to Pisciotta’s previous charges against the rapper, which included wrongful termination, breach of contract and creating a hostile work environment.

According to the lawsuit from June, she sued West over these claims, but things have changed dramatically in the past months because of new developments.

There is still no response from the West.

According to US Weekly, West’s legal representatives have claimed from the beginning that all of the claims in the original lawsuit were false, painting Pisciotta as a flamboyant and incompetent assistant who demanded bogus amounts of money.

The new claims come with a new lawsuit from the rapper’s former assistant, who will face charges of attempting to steal West’s cell phone to erase evidence that contradicts her claims along with other records.

The filing of the new lawsuit comes at a time when Diddy is a prominent figure in society. Diddy was taken into custody in September on charges of sex trafficking, fraud, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
