This time, the male rapper is being accused of hiring a “fixer” to spy on his wife Bianca Censori amid rumors that the couple is having marital problems.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the man who is suing West — he is still listed as Jon Doe — alleges that West never compensated him for his work over multiple pay periods and causing him mental suffering.
In December 2022, the man announced that he had been hired by Ye as a campaign manager for his presidential run. However, he went on to claim that his role later changed to what was described as Ye’s “Chief Intelligence Officer”.
The man in the lawsuit alleges that his new role makes him responsible for all NDAs and other investigations conducted by Ye. This includes a closer look at the Kardashians as well as Ye’s wife.
In the lawsuit, Jon Doe claims that his work included him hiring private investigators to “tailgate” Censori without her knowledge of him doing so. This stalking includes any time she takes a trip alone to go anywhere, including to see family. The man also claimed that he was also tasked with investigating “various alleged criminal connections” of the Kardashians and alleged that Ye believed his ex-wife was involved in “trafficking sex”.
Doe went on to say that in May 2024, West began exhibiting erratic behavior because of his alleged use of oxide. At the same time, this man accused Ye of starting to lay off employees at his Yeezy brand.
Doe alleges that he reached his limit with West when he shared complaints from a Donda Academy employee who claimed children at West’s school were being abused and he did nothing to report the problem.
The man claims that after confronting the “Gold Digger” rapper about the allegations, West then began yelling at him and even threatened the man. The man then alleged that Ye sent enforcers to send threats to the man after the confrontation. Doe claims that this triggered his PTSD from his time in the military. He is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.
The lawsuit comes after rumors of trouble between West and Censori began to surface. Earlier this week, TMZ reported that the couple was on the path to divorce. The outlet reported that the couple broke up a few weeks ago but did not share exactly what led to the split.
However, since the report came out, they have been spotted together in Tokyo with photos showing Censori smiling widely at her husband as she placed both hands on his cheeks.
The couple has been married since December 2022 and currently has no children together.
