Clifton made his musical theatre debut in 2008 when he collaborated with BBC1 So you think you can jump winner Charlie Bruce in production Dirty Dancing Musical at the Aldwych Theatre in London’s West End.
From January 2008 to June 2013, Clifton and his future wife Karen Hauer are the main dancers of Burn the floor Dance Company. They performed the show during its record-breaking run on Broadway, as well as starring at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London’s West End.
Clifton and Hauer also toured with Burn the floor internationally, performing in Japan, Australia, South Africa and the United States, and appearing as a guest on Dancing with the stars in the United States and So you think you can jump in the Netherlands.
