Kevin Darnell Hart was born on the 6th day of July 1979. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He was born to Nancy Hart (mother) and Henry Hart (father). He has an older brother named Robert Hart. His father was not present during his childhood because he was always in and out of prison. Therefore, Nancy Hart was forced to raise Kevin Hart and Robert Hart alone.

Kevin Hart has been interested in Stand Up comedy since his college days, but it took him a while to get into the field. His first comedy gig was at The Laff House in Pennsylvania. To quickly grow, he started participating in comedy competitions, which helped him grow in popularity and create his unique style.
He struck film gold when he was cast in a recurring role on the television series Undeclared in 2001. This series paved the way for more acting roles in Hollywood.
