Kim Porter’s close friend denies the existence of the memoir allegedly delivered to the Feds by witness Diddy

Kim Porter’s close friend, Lawanda Lane, has addressed the confusion following recent developments surrounding the late star’s alleged memoir.

Following the subpoena of a new witness, Courtney Burgess, in the legal case of Sean “Diddy” Combs, seeking to turn over records related to the detained rapper, Lane has denied the claims of at of the supposed memoir.

According to TMZ, Lane was close friends with the late model for three decades before her death in 2018. As the caretaker of Porter and Diddy’s twin daughters, she said that she and Porter lived together. two decades together, but she had never met. any written work by the late model.

Lane spent every day by Porter’s side during her final days and recalls how Porter never needed to write anything down and had no plans to write a book. She also mentioned that Porter’s family did not know Burgess even though he claimed that he was a former colleague of Porter’s.

BFF affirmed her responsibility to sort through Porter’s assets and ensure they were shared with loved ones after Porter’s death, adding that she would be the one to view any manuscripts if there were any. .

Ariel Mitchell, the attorney representing Burgess, said he acquired the manuscript stored on a flash drive, which has now been turned over to federal authorities in the Diddy investigation.

Courtney appeared to provide testimony before a grand jury in federal court in midtown Manhattan on October 31 following a subpoena.

In response to the legal request, Courtney was asked to provide access to a variety of records, such as USB drives, hard drives and electronic storage devices, that may contain videos or files featuring Diddy.

Courtney and his legal representative hinted at the possibility of releasing Kim’s unedited diary on Amazon during that time.

During an appearance on NewsNation’s “Banfield” following his testimony, Courtney revealed that Kim entrusted him with 11 flash drives before her death in 2018.

Among the content are said to be recordings from Diddy’s “weird” gatherings. The footage allegedly shows eight celebrities, including six males and two females, with claims that “two to three” of them are minors.

Kim’s recent efforts to share her life story with the public have been met with criticism from Combs’ family. “Kim’s Lost Words,” a memoir released on Amazon in September, was quickly exposed as lacking authenticity.

Author Chris Todd also expressed uncertainty about the validity of the claims presented in the alleged memoir, telling Rolling Stone, “I don’t know. But it’s real enough for me… Maybe 80% of it is like that.”
