Early life and education
Kimberly Reynolds was born on August 4, 1959 in St. Charles, Iowa. She is an American citizen. Charles and Audrey Strawn are her parents. In 1977, she completed her studies at Interstate 35 Community School District.
She then enrolled at Northwest Missouri State University to pursue a business degree. However, she never completed the program because she dropped out after only one semester. She returned to school in the 1980s.
