Kimberly Chan Wan Lin (born 10 June 1994), known professionally as Kimberly Chan, is a Singaporean scuba diver and sportswoman.
She is known for representing her country at the 2013/2015 Southeast Asian Games. She left the audience in awe with her performance.
Kimberly Chan has been involved in gymnastics since she was a little girl. Unfortunately for this young and energetic diver, her diving career came to an abrupt end when she injured her back in 2018 while training.

Early life and education
Kimberly Chan was born on 10 June 1994 to Singaporean parents Foo Yan Nuen (mother) and Kenneth Chan (father), who were sports enthusiasts.
However, she has a younger brother named Jonathan Chan, with whom she shares the same career path. Jonathan Chan is known for representing Singapore in the 2020 Summer Olympics in the men’s 10-meter event. She has loved the sport since she was a little girl.
Her parents saw that she was serious and passionate about diving so they decided to support her career choice, even though they did not like the idea.
Regarding her education, Kimberly Chan attended Catholic College for her secondary education. After graduating from secondary school, she enrolled at Singapore Management University.
Personal life
Kimberly Chan met her soul mate, identified simply as Gabriel, at an interview. According to sources, the two lovers attended the same school but never met.
Gabriel was assigned to manage a health club after graduation. When Kimberly Chan came for an interview, Gabriel was drawn to her charm and thoughtful answers to his questions. As they talked more and more, he began to like her.
Five years later, when Kimberly Chan’s family visited her for Thanksgiving, Gabriel met her at a fancy restaurant in Bethesda to propose.
Career
Gymnastics has been Kimberly Chan’s passion since she was a child. When Singapore hosted the Youth Olympic Games in 2010, she officially joined the national diving team (YOG).
She joined the national team when they were forming a diving team for the YOG and recruited gymnasts or former gymnasts to form the team.
Kimberly Chan competed for Singapore at the 2013 Myanmar Games in the women’s 10m synchronized diving event with Arizir Fong, eventually finishing sixth. She competed in the women’s 10m synchronized diving event at the 28th Southeast Asian Games in Singapore, where she finished fourth.
Kimberly Chan was unable to compete in the 2017 Southeast Asian Games due to back problems. In 2018, she finally gave up professional diving.
