Early life and education
Kodali Sri Venkateswara, popularly known as Kodali Nani, was born on 22 October 1971 in Perambaluru, Andhra Pradesh, India, to Arjun Rao.
He has four brothers, Kodali Venkata Siva Rao, Kodali Venkata Ramana Rao, Kodali Srihari Rao and Kodali Raghava Rao.

Growing up, Kodali Nani’s life was not very bright as he struggled to achieve certain things that his parents could not afford. For example, he did not have the latest gadgets or clothes of his friends. This made him the underdog among his friends.
However, Kodali Nani did not let this stop him from achieving his goals. He studied hard in school and eventually received a scholarship to attend college.
Despite the challenges of growing up, Kodali Nani proves that anyone can overcome adversity and achieve their goals. Kodali Nani completed her primary education at ZPHS Perambaluru and then went to DNR College, Bhimavaram, to pursue her Intermediate Degree.
Kodali Nani obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Sri Venkateswara College, Tirupati, and later obtained her Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Kodali Nani was married to Durga Vijayawada; there is speculation that the couple may have separated.

Kodali Nani is a politician from the Gudivada constituency in Andhra Pradesh, India. He began his political career in 2004 when he contested and won a seat in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. He was re-elected in 2009 and again in 2014. In 2019, he became a member of the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, serving as the Minister of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
As Chief Minister, Kodali Nani oversees two departments responsible for ensuring that all citizens in the state have access to essentials such as food and shelter. His department also provides public health services, including subsidized food for pregnant women and children.
