Kunle Remi was born in Gboko, Benue State on October 18, 1988. He has five siblings and is the second son in the family.
His parents are Engineers Joseph Oluwaremi and Mrs. Omolala Sherifat Oluwaremi.

He then enrolled at the prestigious University of Ibadan to study Fisheries and Wildlife Management. But he did not complete his studies there as he decided to pursue a professional acting career.
He then studied acting at the New York Film Academy, graduating in 2014. He then studied film production and directing at the same academy, graduating in 2015.

After winning the 7th Gulder Ultimate Search competition in 2010, Kunle chose to pursue an acting career in 2011.
His first film was called Heavy Beauty. Since then, he has starred in many movies, TV series and stage plays, such as Tinsel, Family Forever, Lagos Cougars Reloaded, The Getaway, etc.
He has also starred in several Africa Magic original films.
While still a student at the New York Film Academy, he got his first television hosting gig, on a web TV channel called Celebville 360.
Kunle is also a model. His first modelling job was with ISIS Models. Since then, he has done commercials for brands like MTN Nigeria, Diamond Bank, DStv and Zain Nigeria.
