Lamiez Holworthy was born on 12 June 1992. She was born in Pretoria and raised in the same place.
She started her career in 2010 at the age of 17 when her father’s business went bankrupt and her mother lost her job.

Her family went through a very difficult season in 2010. Her mother supported her passion and asked for money to buy the necessary instruments for her to start her DJ career.

Lamiez Holworthy started her DJ career in 2010. She entered the entertainment industry three years later. Her mother has always been her biggest supporter and fan. She has had a gig as a guest DJ on DJ Malwela radio show at Tshane FM.
Her performance was enough to land her a role on a Wednesday night show. She was chosen to host a South African lifestyle show called Living the Dream. The show aired on Tshwane Television. She landed her biggest role to date on the South African television show LiveAMP.
According to her, she almost left the entertainment industry after the accident she had during an audition and because her car was vandalized and her DJ equipment was stolen.

Lamiez Holworthy is currently married to Khuli Chana. Khuli Chana is a South African rapper and they have been married since 2019.
Their engagement was made public when Lamiez was spotted wearing a stunning diamond ring on her finger. The two lovers got married in November 2019 and celebrated their first wedding anniversary.
