Lana Del Rey is criticizing a “local couple” in Louisiana for following her and husband Jeremy Dufrene with a drone since their surprise wedding last week.

The “Born to Die” singer, 39, married the crocodile tour operator on September 26 in a small ceremony next to the Bayous des Allemends, where Dufrene leads boat tours plane.

Del Rey took to Instagram on Wednesday to comment on a video shared by fan account Lana Boards, which showed the “West Coast” singer and Dufrene outside a local restaurant. The fan page encourages followers to “see more candid information about Lana” on its website.

“Unfortunately, a local couple in Houma keeps flying a drone into our window every morning and follows us with a tracking device,” Del Rey wrote in the comments section below the video. ”.

“But if Sara Michelle Champagne and Kruesch (a famous New Orleans paparazzi) could stop switching vehicles with the family – and stop following us around remote parts of the country and taking pictures of the wedding ring mine into a pearl – I know we will feel so much safer,” Del Rey wrote.

Despite being hounded by many, Del Rey also noted in a follow-up comment that she was “very happy” with Dufrene.

“All that being said Jeremy is the one. And amazing. And we are so happy,” she wrote.

The couple first met in 2019 and were first romantically linked after they were captured in a TikTok video holding hands at the British Reading Festival over the summer. They went public with their romance when they were photographed holding hands at the September 7 wedding of model Karen Elson and Electric Lady Studios owner Lee Foster in New York City along with many famous guests.
