Holy Cemetery of the Last Era
There is a mysterious place in the Last Age game called the Sacred Cemetery. It’s like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. In this cemetery, there are five tombstones with names engraved on them. These aren’t just random names – they belong to real players who help the game in some way.

To find this cemetery, you have to explore the main roads in the game Age of Empires. It’s not something you stumble upon easily. But once you get there, it’s pretty cool. Each tombstone is like a thank-you note from the game developers to the players who supported Last Epoch during the 2018 Kickstarter campaign.
If you donate $250 during the event, your username will be engraved on one of the tombstones. That’s saying, “Hey, thanks for your help!” But if you’re even more generous and donate $400 or more, you’ll get something special. You will get a zombie named after you in the game!
When you interact with the tombstone, a zombie with the donor’s name will pop up and you must fight it. It’s like a little nod to the players who go out of their way to support the game. Not every tombstone has a zombie on it, though. It depends on how much each person donates. Regardless, the Hallowed Necropolis is a neat little corner of the Last Age world where players can leave their mark and be remembered. This is a cool way for the game to connect with the community and thank them for their support.

If you’re starting from the Exile Camp, don’t worry, it’s not hard to find. Follow the main path until you reach a place called “The Path of the Soul Keeper”. Once there, head north and you’ll make your way to the Sacred Cemetery. Now, one thing to note: sometimes, especially while playing, you may notice that waypoints in the Sacred Necropolis don’t show up on the map.
If this happens, don’t panic! You can still leave the graveyard by returning to the Soul Warden Path and using that waypoint. It’s like taking a step back before moving forward again. It’s worth mentioning that this waypoint issue may be fixed in the future, so keep an eye out for updates. In the meantime, remember the solution and enjoy exploring the sacred tomb.

Then, in April 2019, they made more content available for the game, but this time you had to buy it on a platform called Steam Early Access. This helps them continue to develop the game with the support of their players. Originally they thought they could complete the entire game by April 2020, but they needed more time. They announced in December 2019 that it would be ready in the second half of 2020.
But there were some bumps along the way. In October 2020, they stated that they were unable to get the game to run on Mac computers due to changes Apple was making. Then, in December 2020, they said they needed more time to get everything done, so they delayed the release again, this time to sometime in 2021.
