Who are Julian Works’ parents?
When TVLine got an exclusive preview of the April 4 episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star, we learned things weren’t looking good for Marvin. Mateo, a firefighter at Station 126 in Austin, Texas, FaceTiming Marvin while also introducing him to the team.

After some teasing from Mateo, Marvin got serious and told Mateo that this was not a social call. “Look, I’m not going to lie. I’m in a little trouble,” Marvin said.
In case you didn’t know, Marvin was in the second episode of the second season of 9-1-1 and things weren’t going well for him. He had just been arrested by Athena (Angela Bassett) and was in the back of her car when a massive earthquake hit Los Angeles. The duo were driving at the time and narrowly avoided a large gap in the road in front of them.
Athena stopped to help and found a man trapped in his car, leaking gas. The car caught fire but the fire extinguisher didn’t work. Luckily there was a cement truck nearby that could put out the fire. That’s when Marvin came in as he was a car thief who could pick anything. Athena took off his handcuffs and Marvin used his powers for good. However, helping someone in need didn’t get him out of jail and he was handcuffed again.
Julian, who plays the uncle and cousin, is an actor, singer and songwriter. His film credits include American Crime, The Gosters, When We Rise, Love, The Affair, Into the Dark and Titans, to name a few.
As a singer/songwriter, Julian’s best songs include Crew of Kings, In It, Mission, Chauffeur, Motive, Affiliated and many more.
