Lindsay, 36, was released from jail in August along with Bethel and Newbold after posting $100,000 bail, according to the Thomasville Times-Enterprise. Shiver’s release stipulates that she must wear a monitoring device and not leave her home in the Bahamas between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Lindsay was said to be living a “double life” in the Bahamas and made no secret of her relationship with the man police say conspired with her, The Post revealed. She presented herself as the epitome of a pretty Southern housewife, with a perfect family and a husband, Robert, who played football for Auburn University.
The Post was told by sources that the Alabama native began to change after she began an affair with her bartender co-defendant Terrance and frequently traveled to Abaco Island, where the family owns a second home. The friend claimed she suspected Shiver of infidelity and that over time the housewife revealed her affair, especially when Robert filed for divorce and brought it up.

Both Bethel and Newbold are currently free on $20,000 bail but must wear electronic monitoring tags and report to Marsh Harbour police station three times a week.
