Kate Cassidy, Liam Payne’s girlfriend, has spoken out about his untimely death.

“Thank you for all the kind words and love sent my way. I’m completely lost,” she posted on her Instagram Story on Friday, October 18. “Nothing for the past few days it’s all real.”

“I ask and pray that you will give me the grace and space to deal with this privately. Liam, my angel. You are everything. I want you to know that I love you completely and unconditionally. I will continue to love you for the rest of my life.” the rest of my life I love you Liam,” she concluded.

The One Direction singer and Cassidy were first romantically linked in 2022. She was with Payne in Argentina days before he jumped to his death from a hotel balcony on Wednesday, October 16 . Payne shared Snapchats of him and Cassidy enjoying Argentina before he passed away, and she also shared a Tiktok explaining why she left the country before he did.

In a video posted to TikTok, Cassidy said the stay was too long and she needed to go home.

“I was ready to leave,” she says in the clip.

Cassidy added: “Honestly, I love South America but I hate staying in one place for too long. And we were supposed to be there for about five days, but it turned into two weeks.”
