Cathedral Church of San Frangelico:

Head to the Cathedral of San Frangelico.

Use the ladder and wooden structure to ascend until you reach the brazier.

Activate the brazier to gain access to an area of elaborate, mysterious vessels.

Jump to the other side and go right to find a lever that changes the direction of the structure, creating a shortcut.

Jump onto the wooden structure before it rises and find a platform to your left with a chest and enemies on it.
- Defeat enemies and loot chests to get your first Legion Plug.
Rosa Isabel Street entrance:

From the Stargazer, continue forward until you need to cross a small bridge to enter the building.

Once inside, ignore the exit on the right, continue forward, turn right again, and drop down through a hole in the ground.

Exit the room and find another entrance on the right, leading to the stairs leading to the upper level.
