Early life and education
Lilliana Belle Ketchman was born on June 23, 2008 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Stacey Ketchman, a psychologist and former competitive dancer, and Christopher Ketchman, a psychologist and pianist.
Lilliana has an older brother, Camden Ketchman. From a young age, she was trained in many different dance styles, including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. She studied at prestigious institutions such as Campaneria Ballet School and Joffrey Ballet School.
Due to her busy dance schedule, Lilliana has been homeschooled since third grade. Currently, she is still in high school and has not graduated.
Career
Lilly K started dancing when she was 2 years old and participated in competitions when she was 4 years old. In 2015, she launched her YouTube channel, featuring dances, cooking demonstrations, fashion tips, and pranks. The channel has grown to more than 3 million subscribers and 288 million views.
Her talent caught the attention of Abby Lee Miller, who discovered Lilly K through social media. After being encouraged to audition, she joined the small group Abby Lee Dance Company during the show’s sixth season. Mom danced at seven years old.
