Singers Lizzo and SZA are the latest two singers to appear on Cenat’s month-long 24-hour streaming show, dubbed “Mafiathon2.” The secondary competition stream attracted more than 500,000 Twitch subscribers, securing an all-time record. Their visit was filled with hilarious moments as SZA got over her fear of going live and shared that she was working on a project.
During the stream’s downtime, Cenat left SZA and Lizzo alone in his kitchen for a moment, as the two continued chatting, not realizing they were still on camera.
“He seems like a clean guy,” SZA noted of Cenat, to which Lizzo replied, “Wow, he hasn’t washed his balls in a long time.” SZA, shocked, asked Lizzo for an explanation, who explained, “He wore pants to the shower, that’s why.” [the internet] said.” The two quickly asked a nearby house employee if they had seen him showering, this person neither confirmed nor denied.
Fans took to social media to react to the funny moment. Some affirmed women’s curiosity, wondering how Cenat could maintain hygiene after going live for nearly a month. Others called Lizzo and SZA’s small talk rude, noting that they were, after all, guests in his house. “Someone let you into his house and you criticized him behind his back. That stinks,” one X user commented.

SZA’s appearance on the broadcast was not felt by some general viewers after she repeatedly said she wanted to leave. However, she was open about struggling with social anxiety, sharing that she was sweating and “afraid people would be mean to her in conversation.”
Meanwhile, Cenat’s hygiene issue remains a frequent topic of discussion. During GloRilla’s appearance, she called out his breath by giving him a mint during the broadcast. “You need one of these,” she offered. The streamer responded in horror, asking her to clarify. She replied, “We just ate some jambalaya, I’ll have one too.” But when Cenat pressed the issue further, GloRilla finally admitted he had bad breath.
