Lawal Raheem, better known by his stage name Lyta, is a 25-year-old Nigerian singer and songwriter. Born on July 4, 1998, in Ajegunle, Local Government Area of ​​Lagos State. Lyta hails from Kwara State, Nigeria. The prolific and talented singer gained a lot of attention through YBNL boss Olamide.

Music career

Music artist Lyta started her career at the age of 13 in the small town of Ajegunle in Lagos.

He performed several improvisations and in many shows before releasing the song “Time”.

Soon, Lyta collaborated with Olamide on a remix of “Time” which became his big breakthrough into the Nigerian entertainment industry. During his contract with YBNL, Lyta released several songs and freestyles, including a remix of “Time” with Junior Boy, which was warmly received by the audience.

In 2019, Lyta left YBNL because, according to him, his father found a better sponsor, who he thought would boost his career, as the YBNL calendar at the time was focused on the label FireBoy DML.
