early life
Margot Robbie was born on July 2, 1990 in Dalby, Queensland. Her father Doug Robbie was a farmer and sugar cane tycoon, and her mother Sally Kessler was a physiotherapist.
She is the second of four children; her sisters are Anya Robbie and Lachlan Robbie, and her brother is Cameron Robbie.
She is of Scottish and German descent. Her parents divorced when she was five.
