Born on August 14, Attorney Sani Michael Amanesi popularly known by his stage name MC Lively is a Nigerian lawyer, actor, entertainer and comedian.

MC Lively rose to fame with “Agidi,” a comedy skit that focused on fuel shortages in Nigeria.

Educational background
Edo State native lawyer turned comedian MC Lively was born into a family of seven children in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
He had his primary education at Ideal Nursery and Primary School, then proceeded to conduct his secondary school at Moremi Secondary School. He became a Nigerian trained Barrister and Jurist from Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, also known as “Great Ife”, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

MC Lively, also known as Attorney Sani Michael Amanesi, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016.
MC Lively, who loved Mass Communications but ended up studying law, gave the reason that OAU did not offer the course, so he chose to study law.
Comedy career
MC Lively started his comedy career out of love for it, he used to watch Night Of Thousand Laughs CDs as a kid growing up. He started his journey by becoming a full time MC in 2013, then added Comedy in 2015.
MC Lively rose to fame after being inspired by a preacher talking about the situation in Nigeria in the Church, while thinking, he wrote a comedy skit “Agidi” which means “stubborn” which he asked his brother to record as soon as he got home that same day.
After that play catapulted him to fame, he became a full-time professional stand-up comedian.
MC Lively uses Instagram as her main platform to promote her comedy skits.

Most of his comedy skits are mainly inspired by real life situations in Nigeria and he often dresses and acts like a lawyer looking for work.
