Rock 95.5 Chicago’s Abe, who spent three years as executive producer and co-host, outlined his reasons for leaving The Angi Taylor Show in an Instagram post on July 25, 2023. “After negotiations with Rock 95.5, we were unable to come to an agreement on a new contract,” Abe said in his online statement. “I loved every minute of working at this station and with Angi. Angi is the best. There are too many to name, but I’ve worked with so many great people. Our listeners are amazing. Thank you for spending the morning with me for the past three years. Thank you to everyone. I salute you.”
