Actress Aubree Bouché plays Amélie Didot, a Pilates instructor who moves to a new city during the course of the film in an attempt to forget her traumatic divorce and start over. She enters into a passionate affair with one of her clients, successful journalist Pierce Dalton, just as her Pilates classes begin to gain popularity.

When Pierce’s ex-girlfriend shows up, their romance takes a dangerous turn. Her unrequited love for Pierce stirs up resentment and jealousy, making the quest to win him back dangerous.

Joining Aubree in the film are Charlie Bewley as Pierce Dalton, Karlee Eldridge as Fran Gibbons, Tanya Christiansen as Barbara Affair and Jevon White as Kip Green among others. The film was shot in Miami, according to director Christie, who revealed on her Instagram after filming wrapped.

“I was fortunate to have an amazing crew… a dedicated and creative director of photography… the most creative and dedicated producers… and of course incredibly talented leads… combined with an incredible supporting cast,” Christie captioned the post.

At the same time, Aubree posted a tribute on Instagram to her co-stars on the film, then called Her Obsession. “To the cast and crew, thank you for making this a dream come true for me, and I can’t wait to work with each and every one of you again soon,” she wrote. “We created the magic of Miami.”
