Gavin Nassif is Adrienne Maloof’s first child. She gave birth to her son naturally but had a complicated pregnancy in 2003. When it came time to have another child, she had such serious problems with her first birth that she decided to use a surrogate as a precaution.

Adrienne has Gavin with her ex-husband Paul Nassif. Gavin is 20 and will celebrate his birthday on June 19. On Gavin’s 19th birthday, Adrienne wished her son, “Wishing my beautiful son a very happy and wonderful birthday 💕🎂 🎉 🎁.”

Gavin is now a college student and is making Adrienne proud. He is currently attending San Diego State University.
