Georgina Hayden on the Great Cookbook Challenge

Georgina Hayden is one of the judges on Channel 4’s cooking competition “The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver”.

The show features Jamie Oliver, best known for his cookbook writing, which he began in 1999. Other judges include award-winning British journalist and food critic Jimi Famurewa. Additionally, Louise Moore, CEO of Penguin Michael Joseph, who studied at Cambridge University, is the show’s head judge.

In January 2022, Jamie announced her role as a judge on the show. The lucky one who gets sponsored by all three judges will win a cookbook publishing deal. She wrote, “I have so much more to say about this amazing experience but for now: the show starts Monday 31st January 8pm on @channel4.”

On February 8, 2022, Georgina reminded everyone to watch the show. She shared that she met all the amazing chefs. She thanked all the cast and crew involved in the show and wrote, “Luckiest woman in the world.”

But Pete wasn’t the only love of her life.

Georgina has three children, Persephone, Archimedes and Elektra, with her husband. She gave birth to Elektra, her second child, in 2020. She said having Elektra left her traumatised and in need of help, and even the thought of giving birth made her cry.
