Morten Godiksen and Jamie Berard officially started their relationship on August 21, 2011, after meeting at Pride. Since then, they have rarely missed any Pride events and even just in August 2021, the two had a great weekend with a lot of good friends at World Pride in Copenhagen.

It was also their 10th wedding anniversary. Celebrating the proud day and 10 years together, Jamie, at the time, posted a photo on his FB of hand-picked flowers from his garden, with the beautiful caption, “The garden has produced 10 flowers. That’s right, about one for every year Jamie and I have been together so far (!!!) Almost every color of the rainbow is represented.”

Also, a week before their 10th wedding anniversary, Morten and Jamie went on vacation to Carcassonne, France.

When it comes to vacations, the couple shares a passion for travel. They went to Japan in March 2016; Milan, Italy in April 2018; and France in August 2019.

After the trip, Morten shared that while they were in Japan, they had the opportunity to see “shrines, shrines, castles, cherry trees and goldfish.” After returning from Italy, he shared that “Milan: a wonderful, optimistic place, news about pollen, sunshine, Aperol Spritz on the street in the early morning, delicious food, a trip on the roof of a cathedral, close contact between forehead and stealth door and a healthy jog to catch the train to the airport.
