Peter Gregory Onwubuasi Obi CON is a Nigerian politician, statesman and business executive. He has held various positions in Nigerian politics, including Governor of Anambra State twice, from 2006 to 2010 and from 2010 to 2014.
Obi is also a presidential candidate for the 2023 general election under the aegis of the Workers’ Party. However, Obi’s political career has been controversial. He initially lost the 2003 gubernatorial election to Chris Ngige but was later declared the winner by the Court of Appeal in 2006.

Gabriella is of Igbo ethnicity and is a Christian. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. In April 2022, she married Chukwuma Okeke Ojiudu in a traditional ceremony attended by many dignitaries.
