Steve spoke about his first romance on The Howard Stern Show a little over a week after they started dating. Executive producer Gary Dell’Abate reported that some of Steve’s co-stars were there and witnessed the young couple “kissing like a big couple.” Steve revealed that they couldn’t help it.
Howard asked his staff, “So, have you settled down a little?”
Steve, with his usual sense of humor, responded that he was settling down a bit and wasn’t dating anyone else right now. When he opened up, Steve met his now-fiancée on Instagram a few months ago. And in February 2019, they were “basically exclusive,” although they didn’t label their relationship at the time.
Two other employees, Chris Wilding and JD Harmeyer, also joined in on the conversation and confirmed that they had met her as well. JD exclaimed, “Yeah, I just met her for a little while because I thought, I—she’s really pretty, really cute,” and Howard asked Chris for his opinion.
