Who are Wizkid’s siblings?
Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, was born on 16 July 1990 in Ojuelegba, Lagos, Nigeria. He was raised by his parents Jane Dolapo and Alhaji Muniru Olatunji Balogun.
Raised in a polygamous household, Wizkid has 12 siblings, including Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun, although not all are known to the media.
He identifies himself as Yoruba and is a Christian. After attending Ijebu Ode Grammar School in Ogun State, he briefly enrolled at Lagos State University but dropped out in 2009 without completing his degree.
Wizkid’s upbringing was unlike that of many other Nigerians, as his father, Alhaji Muniru Olatunji Balogun, had three wives. What made his family even more unique was that his mother, Dolapo Jane Balogun, was a Christian while his father was a Muslim. Wizkid grew up with 12 half-sisters from his father’s other wives.
His mother’s Christian faith influenced his beliefs and led him to join a local church at the age of 11, where he quickly became the lead singer due to his distinctive voice and outgoing personality.

Yetunde Balogun Awoniyi is also known as the elder sister of wizkid, a famous Nigerian musician. She was born in the 1980s in Lagos State, Nigeria and was raised by her parents Alhaji Muniru Olatunji Balogun.
